1. Buyer Acknowledgment and Liability
By purchasing from SR17018 Labs, the buyer formally acknowledges that there are hazards associated with the use of these products. The buyer represents and warrants to us that from buyer's own independent review and study they are fully aware and knowledgeable about:
- The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the purchased products.
- Industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect workers from such health and safety hazards.
- The need to adequately warn of health and safety hazards associated with products.
- Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to such products.
2. Proper Use of Products
The products are strictly for research use only. They are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to, in vitro diagnostic purposes, in foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes. Buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by supplier for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.
3. Right of Refusal
SR17018 Labs reserves the absolute right to cancel any order and refuse service to any individual or entity if we suspect the intention to use our products outside of the scope of laboratory research. We actively monitor communications and orders for signs of non-compliance.
4. Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SR17018 Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from the purchaser's use of the compounds, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party right.
5. Age and Qualification Restriction
You must be at least 21 years of age and affiliated with a qualified laboratory, academic institution, or research facility to purchase from this site. We may request documentation proving affiliation prior to fulfilling orders.
